Cab Controls - Kip Air

Air proportional cab switch with full integrated lever to control both PTO engagement and body tipping/lowering. Several versions available to meet any requirements.

Valves

Three-position pneumatic tipping valves, proportional lowering, maximum flow 150 lt/min, available with front or side ports and with pilot safety valve. Three-position pneumatic tipping valves, proportional lowering, maximum flow 250 lt/min, available with pilot safety valve, anti-shock valve, and double/triple safety valve mechanic or pneumatic selector.

Piston Pumps

Unidirectional* bent-axis piston pumps, from 25 to 108 cc, ISO 4 bolt, SAE-B and SAE-C configurations available.
Unidirectional* 80 cc and 130 cc bent-axis piston pumps, suitable for high pressure dump systems, ISO 4 holes flange.

Hand Pumps

Hand pumps without tank 20-50-70 cc with and without let down valve. Double acting hand pumps suitable to operate single acting applications. They can be fitted also onto tank and are equipped with tapered lowering valve.These hand pumps can have 3 different sizes to perform various applications and to achieve smoother loads on the lever.They are available with nodular cast-iron body with cataphoresis anti-corrosion treatment and nickel-plated spool.

3 bolt aluminium unidirectional gear pumps from 10 to 40 cc, for light duty applications.
Reversible cast-iron gear pumps from 10 to 40 cc, for light-medium duty applications 13 DIN, ISO and TANDEM configurations available.
Bi-directional cast-iron gear pumps from 61 up to 100cc suitable for medium-heavy duty applications. Supplied with bronze thrust-plates and available with UNI 3-bolt and ISO 4-bolt flange.
Unidirectional cast-iron gear pumps, from 17 to 125 cc, for medium-heavy duty applications. UNI, ISO, ISO "SHORT", ASAE, ALB. CIL. D. 22, SAE-B and TANDEM configurations available.

Tanks

Based on the latest technology these tanks are produced to ensure stronger reliability and longer lifetime. They are available in 4 different configurations to meet the modern trucks: power colored steel (red ic105), stainless steel, textured stainless steel and aluminum. They are complete with brackets, stripes, rubber protections, filler cap with air fitter, oil level and flange for filter options. High versatility is granted by a wide choice of accessories available.
